I love the acu hoop!!! Number one because its fun and it really works. But u have to use, i stopped using it because plain lazy. But im starting up again. If you havent used for a while u will sore but use again and u will be glade u did. I can not work regular kids hula hoop. But to my surprise i can do this. Try it u will be happy u did and dont give up i have a 5lb. Good luck what do u have to lose inches.
