I’ve visited a few times and have noticed the massages seem to wrap up a little early, however my most recent visit was cut 12 minutes short. When I brought this up I was told there was a discrepancy with the clock at the desk and the one in the room. A verbal apology was offered but the masseuse/owner did not seem phased by this and no compensation for lost time was offered. Quality of the massages has decreased since my first visit as well, won’t be returning.
Not a great massage; very light and didn’t get trigger points. Didn’t get much relief
