I was passing through Denver and needed a speciality part. I called multiple shops and explained the situation. All were kind but could not help me. After 6 failed attempts, I called and got Sean. This time I chose the bike fit by Fred and it was exactly what I needed. My bike feels perfect. Also, Fred noticed the gears were sticky and they gave it a tune up after my fit and I was able to pick it up the same day. It's like a brand new bike at a price that made sense.
