Excellent and reasonably priced service!
These guys are awesome! I ordered an Orbea through them and they were great about calling and following up as well as keeping informed on the ship date. So after that experience I brought a wheel in for service and they knocked it out very quickly and at a great price. These guys put together an excellent customer service experience.

I didn’t have an appointment and was in a pinch for service to save a camping/mountain biking trip. Not only did they get me in immediately, they went well beyond my initial needs and for very reasonable fees they performed a number of other services that I had been overlooking. All of this was done quickly and efficiently. They saved my trip, saved me future time and effort, and taught me a few things while they were doing the work. Fantastic shop!!!
Overpriced, and an elitist attitude. The service was subpar and the staff was very unhelpful. I brought my bike in to replace some bearings and a derailer cable and they charged me $200 in labor. Also, I asked them to track down some creeks and they did not, my bike sounds the same as it did when it went in. This shop doesn’t put any extra effort into their work and they charge way more than any other shop.
