Hip hip hooray for Sports Garage! Ross the Sales Manager is awesome. I had my eyes on a demo bike that was for sale but I unfortunately fractured my leg and couldn’t test ride it for several months. Ross gave me first right of refusal if someone else was interested in the bike while I was healing. He didn’t pressure me in any way to buy it without riding first. Excellent and personalized customer service. I especially enjoyed working with Dan. I was looking for a deal on a mountain bike late season and found a bike I absolutely love and they spent time with me making sure it fit just right including shocks, taught me how to use the different features and set me up with an interest free payment plan. I highly recommend purchasing a bike from them.

Just got my Fox 36 Grip 2 serviced here - there was some miscommunication in charges and it ended up being way more than I had expected based on what was outlined to me. A brief chat on the phone with their Serviceperson Colin and he apologized and offered me a discount. Made the situation more than 100% right in my mind and I commend this level of customer service. Not something you see a lot and I will be sending everyone I know here for their suspension work etc. Cheers, Colin.
