Amazing customer service. I came on a busy pre-season weekend without a boot fitting appointment, but they made it happen. Despite being one of the last customers if the day, Kevin made sure give me a quality fitting experience. Highly recommend.
One of the best shops in the Tahoe area. Andrew is an excellent boot fitter, and he went above and beyond to help me get in the right backcountry boot. I would highly recommend them for their knowledge and huge inventory.

Great place
Top notch! I’ve been going to this spot for years but finally picked up a bike from them. The shop has an awesome bike and board selection (Santa Cruz, Orbea, Jones, you name it). I ride daily and do a ton of research before purchasing bikes. I worked with Quincy who gave me a competitive price on the bike. Quincy also made sure the bike was ready for me during a time that construction was being done on the shop, as I live in South Lake and have a tight schedule. Another bike in the quiver and I’d highly recommend!
