Have been a customer for years. Ownership displays impeccable levels of customer service, and in my experience when looking for particular team memorbilia, they have displayed a willingness and ability to order things in when not in stock. I recommend supporting a store like this as a local business over large box retailers, as the prices for official team merchandise is the same, the difference being your money doesn't go to a 12-figure conglomerate.
Staff member audibly mocked me when I went into the change room, clearly under the impression I couldn't hear him, and unaware that my sister was also in store to hear him. Highly unprofessional. I've purchased literal thousands of dollars worth of sportswear from this store over the years, and unfortunately today was my last purchase due to this experience. At least keep your mouth shut until the customer is out of the store next time.
I placed an online order and within minutes, I received a notice that my order was ready for shipping! Great communication from the store and amazing service. Highly recommend and look forward to visiting in person.
