Bought a denim jacket in and they were able to put a number on the front and back for me. Stood and waited while they did it within 10 mins. I was pleasantly surprised that they fit me in straight away and the customer service was exceptional! Highly recommend if you want numbers on closing. Very well priced too
If i could leave a 0 star I would. Absolutely awful. Inconsistent exceeded wait times for garments, staff can’t give a straight answer, when you do get an answer it’s conflicting. It shouldn’t take 8+ weeks to get one pair of shorts. This is the second time ordering and both times was a pitiful experience. I’ll never order from here again and I can see why clubs move onto other business.
Extremely bad service! took 6 weeks to recieve my club products, all 3 products were faulty when recieved. Emailed with images of faults for new products. Was told there would be another 15-20 days before new products would be in so I asked for a refund. At which point I was told I would need to send them back for assessment before considering a refund. Extremely hard company to deal with and awful, AWFUL customer service. It took me 3 months to receive my order after continuously reaching out to get in contact when they never bothered to contact me. I hope to never deal with this company again!!
