Eric in the shoe department was really unpleasant and rude, not helpful at all. Sure he likely is 20. But he doesn’t need to be rude and couldn’t be bothered to help me. I will be giving my business to anyone else but Dicks.
Went there this evening to pick up an online order. Some 50 year old guy who still works at Dicks named “Tom” screamed at me in front of all of the employees and customers about how the item I purchased wouldn’t fit in our car and how we wouldn’t allow us to take the item out of the store after we purchased it. “I won’t allow it, you’ll kill someone etc…” The guy didn’t even allow me to explain our plan. Great store with great employees, specially the stores manager Craig. Craig helped me out with an order that got mixed up which was my own fault. Craig straightening it out for me very quickly. Craig was very helpful and very knowledgeable and I appreciate the quality of service he provided. Thanks again Craig!!
Danny in the golf dept at the Dartmouth, MA store was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with my club repair. Smooth process from start to finish and did a great job. Thanks Danny.
