Horrible customer service. Walked around searching for assistance for 7 minutes. Inquired at the customer service desk. Attendant called for support...no one showed up. Heading to Dicks Sporting Goods!!!
Here is a sports store that doesn't sell Super Bowl winner clothing! Missed a money making opportunity on that.....tons of northerners in central Florida...you choose to be bias and just sell local teams....shame on you!!
I came in with several coupons you sent out for Labor Day weekend. It'd be nice if your coupons stated what brands are excluded so when you get to the register you're not blindsided. Or you could just actually honor your coupons. You lost my business. I typically buy most of my running gear and shoes at SA. No longer. I will encourage others to look elsewhere as well.
