Unhelpful staff, low inventory I recently visit this Sports Authority, which is located along Route 1 between Arlington and Alexandria in the Potomac Yards Plaza. I went looking for an electric scooter. They had several in the store and were all missing parts. The staff was very unhelpful in helping us locate missing parts...looking in the back, calling other stores, etc. It was like pulling teeth...only I was not a the dentist's office.
Sports Authority is a good sporting store I think sports authority is very nice store the people in there are very friendly.and they have good customer service skills.i like coming in alexandria potomac yard plaze it has all the great stores .i been coming to sports authority for a very long time
