It's sad to say, but the customer service in this store, and in a lot of Santa fe stores is very poor! Sales associates seem to be very unhappy with their jobs, and if you ask for help, they get big time attitude. I was just in Colorado, and everywhere I went, people were happy, helpful, and seemed to love what they do. it's pretty pathetic that customers have to deal with this in Santa fe.
No wonder this company is going out of business. Terrible customer service. The general manager is a lousy and so are the employees.
