Never again! Customer service is not a thing in this business!!! I stopped in with a box of cards and the guy behind the counter told me that I needed to make an appointment and leave my cards because people can’t be trusted. I told him thanks but no thanks and to have a good day. I grab my box off the counter and so does he. He then says let me see what you got im like no its all good but he wasn’t taking no for an answer pulling out cards I said please leave my cards alone I am trying to leave before he finally stopped. Lots of sports cards and even some Pokemon cards and other things like money card covers owner was not in the day I came though. Otherwise would have rated 5 starts
This guy is a complete ripoff. My girlfriend stole a bunch of my cards (Walter Payton RC, Joe Montana RC, Emmitt Smith Starquest Gold #1/100, Numerous Peyton Manning RCS, many autographed cards and hundreds of others). He gave her a whopping $18 for ALL OF THEM. I confronted him and he stated "well I gave her the common card price". He knew what he was doing. I should pressed charges on him for receiving stolen property.
How are you going to state that you buy cards but when someone calls you tell them that you don't? I don't think I'll be back
