I called to ask if they had footwear that could accommodate a narrow heel, high instep, wide toe box and a high toe box. Karen the manager said yes I have two models. By that time I had spent two full days on the hunt for good shoes at all the best orthopedic stores in the City. Fantastic service during a recent purchase of hiking shoes.
10/10, so knowledgable and great customer service. Phoned in advance to see if they had the kind of shoe I was interested in, and when we got to the store, they already had 5 options preselected for me, ready to try on. Nathan knew the different fit of the shoes, and adjusted the sizes selected accordingly, which is always a great sign. Came away with the perfect pair of shoes despite my having so many requirements. Definitely the new go to!
