I bought two large cat crates for airplane travel. The carriers are strong and easy to put together. I misplaced some parts and emailed asking for help. They were so very nice and helpful and sent me more parts at no cost. Excellent customer service. I'm also happy to know they are Wisconsin based.
I purchased a folding portable dog kennel from a third party that is a SportPet product. There was a design flaw and after I contacted them they replaced the unit under warranty with an upgraded model. I can't say enough good things about the positive experience working with Lisa. This is a company that will stand behind their product!
