I recently purchased a pair of Brooks Glycerin GTS 22 shoes online from RunDNA and had some concerns with the fit. Lindsay was extremely helpful throughout the entire process, prompt, courteous and very professional. He guided me through the claim, kept me updated and made everything simple and stress-free. I can’t express how appreciative I am to Lindsay and the RunDNA team. I bought a pair of Hoka but within a year, the back fabric was so worn out. When I requested a replacement as the shoes were still in its warranty period, Lindsay helped making the process quick and easy.
