Huge shoutout to RUN DNA! 🙌 I ordered my race day shoes a little later than I probably should have before my half marathon, but the team went above and beyond to make sure they arrived in time for race day. Amazing service, super helpful and genuinely appreciated the extra effort to get them to me when I needed them most. Couldn’t recommend RUN DNA enough — thank you for helping me get to the start line in the right shoes! 🏃♀💨
Buying running shoes online is a gamble. If they don’t fit, you’re usually in for a week of emails and a trip to the post office. Noah at RunDNA made it painless. My first pair was too narrow (my feet have opinions). He put a wider pair aside, sent a return label, covered the postage and kept me updated the whole way. Clear, friendly, and no chasing needed on my part. I’d buy online from them again without hesitating.
Competitive prices. Good communication. Free delivery is pretty good, and it's fairly quick.
Haven't even had these shoes for one year they started looking like this after six months. You think I got them somewhere cheap. They are very good brand yet they have tearing up the top over time the bottom wears out extremely quickly and I get rocks stuck in the bottom of this shoe. Disappointing.
