This business is a total SCAM !!! We ordered two backpacks for our kids as Christmas present, total $254.28, but only one was delivered. We first emailed the company and they never replied, then we called the customer service, they said they shipped both of the backpacks, but the shipping confirmation email they sent us showing only one backpack was shipped.
