So, sunrise medical made a mistake on a wheelchair frame ( wheelchair ) that I purchased from sported.. had certainly been a while as I had that chair in storage and found a mistake “ Gwen IT Manager “ was able to get me a replacement free of charge. After all, they did make a mistake… she held the candle to that place, and made it right ! I will definitely be going back to them to buy my next wheelchair. I ordered an apex wheelchair, about $7,000. I worked personally with Gwen the entire time. She was more than helpful. She went above and beyond anything I could have expected to help get me this chair in a timely manner. I placed the order for the wheelchair and in less than a month I received it.
