Excellent customer service, and adept knowledge with all outdoors.
Great tent sale some nice gear for half off, nothing like buying snow gear in July but couldn't beat the price.
Stopped by with my buddy to purchase some fly fishing equipment and ask questions. Got what we needed and felt comfortable to ask the women (small lady) questions about the area and a more specific area we were interested in fishing. Not friendly and rude. Said she always tells people who ask where to fish, "where there is water" and "hopefully you're not from Mass"... LOL. Offended by us being in her presence. Ladies in the wrong line of work. Wonderful family run sporting goods store. Our whole family has had boot fitting and dozens of purchases of top shelf equipment for our skiing and other outdoor needs. Sport thoma has been incredible over the years with all my children one who is parylised on one side which creates alot of extra attention on his boot fitting. My other two ski moguls at the highest level and with there skill and knowledge in performance fitting my kids are crushing it. My husband and I went the get Demo skis and rentals, the man at the counter(on crutches) was a bit rude and not friendly at all. He did loosing up a little once we keep talking and being nice anyway. The second man (older was very nice and polite) so all ended good. Demo skis no nicer or better than average rentals … actually below average in our opinion.
