I just went to Sport Thoma yesterday near Sunday River. I was extremely impressed with their selection, Spring sales and more importantly, sales woman Ann. As a lifelong skier having worked for a ski company is was refreshing to have the help of a female salesperson that knew the fit, quality and pros/cons of the jackets I was searching for yesterday. She was incredibly knowledgeable, professional and helpful. It really is an asset to have a female salesperson to help female skiers.
Never had a bad experience. Knowledgeable, helpful, and they do a great tuneup
Horrible customer service, not a single employee said anything to me. I was interested in a new complete Burton snowboard set up but no one even said hello to me, so I walked out. Good luck getting help from any of the employees.
