Horrible customer service, not a single employee said anything to me. I was interested in a new complete Burton snowboard set up but no one even said hello to me, so I walked out. Good luck getting help from any of the employees.
Great experience here today with Adam Greenier heat molding some boot liners for me. He is a true expert at his craft and just a genuinely nice guy. He made a lot of great suggestions for my next pair of boots and answered all of my questions. The other guys in the shop were also extremely knowledgeable, helpful and friendly.
Unfortunately rude staff!
