To explain my experience is difficult and yet easy. From the receptionist to each physical therapist, you can't help but think you are home with family. Each therapist has there way of helping you to recovery. But, no matter who you are with, their primary focus is your understanding that success begins with you. That you must take what your told and t you do it daily, whether your with them or at home by yourself. All the staff are friendly. Scheduling appointments is easy and accommodating to what you need. The therapists know what they are doing and explain everything while they are working with you.
Had consult and therapy 2 days after knee replacement. Friendly and encouraging. The therapy that day was gentle but must of helped as muscle was sore that night, which was expected.
They make you feel right at home everyone helpful and friendly
The staff were very accommodating, staying later than usual for my appointment to fit my schedule. Even though they were working late, they still maintained a warm and welcoming demeanor, and showed genuine interest in helping me.
