I have had two previous positive experiences with this company. In those instances, they delivered a quality product at a fair price and completed the work within a reasonable timeframe. Unfortunately, this order did not meet the same standard. At the time of purchase, I was informed that the turnaround time would be two weeks. I’ve worn my Mountain Hardwear kilt for over 10 years. I purchased a Sport Kilt to replace it. The new kilt is very durable and robust. Wore it in the desert in Arizona and I’m heading to the Smokies in Tennessee and know it will see many miles of trails. Thanks for making a great product and for excellent service.
