I was at shoe section today it was busy. Their was no price on pair of shoes i wanted for my son. The main guy working on the department was busy. A girl with ginger hair came near me to put item near, i said excuse me twice she ignored me and walked off. She went into a door probably leading to back warehouse and just before she opens the door she gaves a look. Found a another nice guy to help but that was uncalled for.
The person helping at the shoe area of Atmosphere was super helpful. Better than folks at high end stores.
Terrible experience at the service desk, unwilling to provide missing hardware for their Burton boards. Unwilling or uneducated.
