Just went to buy shoes for my daughter. Only one person working in the department. There was a young woman folding clothes nearby but she wouldn't help with shoes. Not her area I guess. Lots of employees folding clothes and not helping customers. We left after nobody helped.
Very helpful shoe person.
Went in to buy skis, Jack was helping he made the experience stress free and was very knowledgeable, will be going back.
The manager here does not know how to handle customers with kids.
The manager that was on duty Sunday, October 20 at 5 pm was very rude. I previously went to the white oaks mall store and had a friendly associate reserver a product for me at the wonderland store. I will never shop here again go to another store in London.
