Went to this location looking for a pair of shoes that they unfortunately did not have but Tinson was a great help in redirecting me to another location that had the shoes there!

Typically I have good customer service but today was awful. Renee at the checkout was incredibly rude and offensive after I asked a simple question. I won’t go back to this location. She needs some serious customer service training.
I had a great experience at Sport Chek. Tinson was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and patient while helping me find the right insole for my shoes. He took the time to understand my needs, explained the different options, and recommended the best insole for comfort and support. Thanks to his advice, my shoes feel much better and more comfortable. Excellent customer service, friendly attitude, and professional assistance. Tinson truly went above and beyond to help. Highly recommended!
