Terrible experience at the service desk, unwilling to provide missing hardware for their Burton boards. Unwilling or uneducated.
3-4 staff members standing around talking to each other in the Atmosphere section. I was in the hiking shoe section for 10 minutes. Obviously they don’t care about customers wanting to make a purchase.
Awesome dudes working at the bike shop
I’m really disappointed with my recent experience at Sport Chek. I bought a pair of Adidas shoes for my son, and after just 15 days, the front of the shoes started to fall apart. When I went back to the store, the manager brushed it off as “wear and tear.” Seriously? How can a brand-new pair of Adidas shoes start showing wear and tear in just two weeks?
