An extremely disappointing attempt to make a purchase. It took them only 2 days to create the UPS label, then another 2 weeks before they actually shipped the order. When it finally arrived I discovered they had sent me the wrong item. They approved a return (how kind!) but informed me that I would be responsible for shipping charges! They did change their mind after I let them know that they needed to send me a prepaid label if they wanted me to return their property.
