I needed to transfer from another facility. I spoke with Amanda on 2/4/25 who was very kind and attentive. She heard me and validated me. I’m very much looking forward to having therapy through Spooner Surprise City Center! Update: Amanda and William worked with me. They were professional, kind, caring and gentle. I was not able to continue care through Spooner (due to an insurance change) and they showed me what to do from home. I am so much better now!
