My teenage son saw Simonne following a concussion he obtained during a rugby league match. Simonne and her team were fantastic!! It was clear Simonne has a lot of knowledge around concussion and injury management, she explained things really well and put my son on a plan to get back to school and the thing he loves most in the world AFL and Basketball. Simonne and her team at SSP are the best in the business. My son plays 4 competitive sports and having Simonne's expert depth of knowledge and her ability to break down the injury, cause and treatment is such a gift. As a parent it is a relief to have someone who can relate to both the parent and the athlete, and outline an actionable treatment plan.
I went to Spooner physio as I was having issues with my back/ribs- waking in pain. I saw Michael and he was amazing! He was very knowledgeable and explained what could be causing pain. After the assessment he gave me exercises to do, and my issue was resolved within the week. Highly recommend if you are in pain, this practice has so many positive reviews for a reason.
I've had lower back problems for many years. On many occasions I was in severe pain to the point that simple things such as sitting or even sleeping was excruciatingly painful. I went to numerous physiotherapists and whilst they were helpful, their advice never really addressed my ongoing chronic pain.
