I can’t thank Simonne enough for what she helped me achieve. Just 9 weeks out from the UTA100, I tore my hip flexor and honestly thought there was no chance I’d even make it to the start line let alone finish the race. I am incredibly grateful and would highly recommend her to anyone needing a Physio who genuinely cares and gets results.
After having my knee just about ruined by another Physio to the point of not being able walk, Simone has been a life saver, clearly explaining cause and effect, treating not just the problem but also the patient. I highly recommend Spooner Physio.
