I've been here multiple times over the years and have always been treated with patience and an eagerness to solve any pains or issues I've had in the past. The team always acts with the upmost professionalism and are also just a friendly bunch of people!
SSP has helped me out with hamstring issues for a year now and have helped me get back onto the soccer field and full fitness. Jess has helped me immensely and her advice always is always beneficial.
Simonne was recommended to me after I suffered a sciatic nerve injury and I am so relieved that she was. Thanks to her knowledge, skill, and clear understanding of my condition, I have regained my mobility (and confidence) and am back to my usual exercise routine. I would highly recommend her and the friendly SSP team.
The staff are friendly and keen to listen so they can understand how they can best help. Simmone has great skill and knowledge and has taken me from struggling to get around to having strength and confidence. Would recommend this practice to anyone.
Simonne and her team have been fabulous for getting myself and my family back on the sporting fields over the past few years.
