We worked with Adam for years and had a very rough experience in 2025 when everything switched over to Melchiori. We submitted everything in early February, didn't hear anything and struggled to get a response back and then as the deadline was approaching we started being told we might have to submit an extension and to figure out on our own if we need to pay anything which is why we were working with a tax professional in the first place. Our taxes ended up getting filed on time but we do not want to experience this again.
