Andy and Diane are a wonderful and talented team. This is a local bike shop in every sense and they only sell great products. Love my Marin bike.

Save your time and money, spend it somewhere else like Bob's Bicycles or Idaho Mountain Touring. Andy has Zero people skills and a complete lack of customer service. I will never go back to this shop and advise you to avoid it too.

I have visited this establishment twice. On Sunday, 9/17/23, I called to see if they could do a repair on my wife's bike. Andy answered and said yes, so we took it downtown. When we arrived he said it might take a couple of days, and then reconsidered since it was an E-Bike and leaving it at the shop would be a liability. He seemed a little gruff, but my wife and I figured he might be having a bad day. We purchased the two remaining Tannus Armour Inserts and Tubes and they were installed that day.
