This place is a literal mess and the unfriendly staff don't know what they're doing. They ruined my carbon seat post by over-tightening a bolt. Avoid at all costs.
Maintenance labor starts at $5 minimum. $7 for basic labor, then additional for anything more involved. Bike shops in Manhattan and Brooklyn tend to be friendlier.
Small shop, but super convenient (right by the subway) & they get the job done 🚴
