Best bike shop in the downtown area A good selection and the people here are great. They have a decent selection of new bikes and also used bikes for sale on consignment. An ok selection of parts, clothes, and accessories. They know their stuff both with sales and repairs. Top notch repair work. I've heard some people complain about lacking service but I have never encountered that. In fact I always get a "hello, how are you" from them every time I walk in there and questions about how I've been. Prices could be a bit lower.... read more

Customer service was great. I love supporting local bike shops wherever we ride in the US and overseas. Honest about why things cost what they do but eager to help out with tips and got us on our way. Some things seemed expensive but really not when we took into consideration the genuine quality parts we needed. We also bought some after market components at super low prices. You can't beat the personalized support and experience.
I drove an hour and a half to have get a fitting in Dec. 2009. Wade Hall at Spokesman Bicycles talked to me and took measurements for close to an hour before he put me on my bike on a trainer. During that time he had me stretch and he took careful range of motion measurements. He also took great care to ask about what kind of rider I am and what my goals are.
