Highly recommend Spokes if Bagshot. I had an issue with a saddle clamp which was not straight forward. They went above and beyond to help me sort the issue over a few days keeping me up dated all the way. Thank you Gaetano in particular for his can do attitude and help !
I have purchased 3 bikes from spokes over the years and many other items. They have helped with one bike that needed a new frame under warrantee. The same bike also has developed a problem with the Thru-axle in the forks. I have sent many emails with no response I have spoken the work shop manager Ben and still no help. I understand the manufacturer is not responding but I can't use my bike. best place ever fixed my mates brakes for free
Not impressed. They were tasked with repairing two cycle wheels including replacing a broken spoke (almost £50). One of them came back a right mess with overtightened and too loose spokes, which soon resulted in another breakage within a week. I hate leaving bad reviews but, since I dropped them an email asking what they would do to rectify to which they have not responded, I won't be using them again or recommending to others. Disappointing.
The team at Spokes saved my bacon when they were able to quickly replace a snapped rear gear cable midway through the Chase The Sun ride. Didn't fancy riding the remaining 200km with only two gears so cannot thank you enough!
