Had my bike for 12 week for a service and repairs. Never heard from them and had to keep chasing the. Terrible service rude staff and only seems to be one “egineer”. Finally got a call to say it was ready and went to pick up to find bit missing. Supposed to be a quality shop - I don’t think think so! I would never ever use them again suggest other think twice
Woeful service! Having decided to buy new tyres for my mountain bike and having had more than enough failed bids on eBay for second hand ones, I decided to buy new ones and placed the order with Spokes of Bagshot, money up front and was told the tyres would be in within a week and that I’d get a call. James and the team at Spokes were amazing at finding a solution when there was a delay in the bike I'd ordered arriving in time for our trip away. Would recommend highly for great quality bikes and fantastic customer service.
Highly recommend Spokes if Bagshot. I had an issue with a saddle clamp which was not straight forward. They went above and beyond to help me sort the issue over a few days keeping me up dated all the way. Thank you Gaetano in particular for his can do attitude and help !
I have purchased 3 bikes from spokes over the years and many other items. They have helped with one bike that needed a new frame under warrantee. The same bike also has developed a problem with the Thru-axle in the forks. I have sent many emails with no response I have spoken the work shop manager Ben and still no help. I understand the manufacturer is not responding but I can't use my bike.
