I dropped my son‘s bike off in October for repair and still have not been able to pick it up in January. I’ve called multiple times during open business hours. No one answers the phone and the voicemail box is full. I’ve even tried reaching out through Instagram. At this point I’m worried that the store might be closed permanently.

Does not deserve a 1 star review. Should be zero stars for the worst service we have ever gotten. We have come to this store at multiple occasions during its opening hours, just for it to be closed. Then we finally get there for the 4 hours a week they are open. The guy shows up late at 4:03pm. We enter and get greeted.
