We purchased 2 Ebikes from Erik at Spokes in Little Rock. We are new to the area and he made sure that we had the right bikes for our needs and told us of many places that we should take them. He was very helpful from start to finish with all equipment necessary. He encouraged us to look around before we bought there, we did, but we came back. No other bike shop could match the knowledge and service that Erik provided. Everyone was helpful and friendly too. Recommend 100%
I can’t say enough good things about this business! My bike had some mechanical issues and I dropped it off on Monday. The technician said he would have repairs completed by Wednesday. I got a text about 2PM Wednesday saying it was done. I went to pick it up and the price was less than what was quoted when I dropped it off. I went for a long ride yesterday and it rode like it was new. Good job guys!
Some great selections on bikes. I came here to purchase new pedals for my first road bike. The repair side employees were very friendly and helpful. I purchased the pedals and they installed them for me for free as well as lubed up my chain, re-pressurize my tires, and took it for a spin in the parking lot to make sure everything else was intact. All of the staff are very friendly and their merchandise and product are quality, i Highly recommend this place!

These guys!!! TOP NOTCH! Every. Single. One. Of. Them. From researching, ordering, setting up, to delivery, an amazing experience! Now to learn how to ride it. lol… #trainingwheelzpls. Looking forward to hitting the trails on my new Giant Trance X.
