Terrible on-line system. Ordered bag in stock two weeks ago, no bag but they managed to charge my card immediately. I’ve left voice messages and emails with no response. Appears I’ve been had and all the positive reviews make me wonder how many are real people. This place is the worst kind of on line merchandising that gives goods businesses bad names. I had the worst retail experience in my life at this place. It involved the police. But I should start by saying I have been an avid rider since the 1980s riding my BMX all over, and I have never had or heard of something like this happening. It starts with me taking my mountain bike for servicing, since other riders said they specialize in Santa Cruz.
