Ordered a Garmin 1050 and and Garmin HRM on line yesterday, and arrived today (Christchurch), less than 24 hours later. Prompt delivery with tracking and communication via email.
There’s a reason I drove down from Auckland to purchase a couple of bikes from these guys. I knew I could trust them with their advice and they were always happy to pick up the phone for any questions I had. Exceptional service! Blair is testament to why we should support small business owners. In my case, there was a very attentive and response person behind the online order; I wasn't lost in the engine room of a big retail player! Couldn't let Blair's excellent service go unmentioned. I received a frame with an issue, which we dealt with under warranty (no fault at all with Spoken) and Blair went of of his non-shop time on more than one occasion to get it resolved so fast I couldn't see way to get it done sooner. Basically the complete opposite of the usual experience is with quite a few other shops. The best bit was that he trusted me, and wasn't hesitant at all. 100% recommended.
