Took my 5yr old dualie in with gear issues. Told them I was expecting to pay for a new derailleur or more. But they fixed it easily, low labour cost and I just got back from a ride and I’m still smiling at how smooth the gears are now. I love how honest and skilled these guys are.
Hired an E-Bike bike today and had a great time, riding the local trails. The team in store were very knowledgeable and helped us setup our bikes perfectly, giving us a run down of the local trails to try. Unfortunately an issue on the bike cut the hire session short. The team promptly responded and picked me up from on the trails and kindly refunded the full hire fee, which was great service. I’d recommend hiring a bike from this store and trying the nearby trails.
Our MTB ride was awesome! The guys at Spoke n Trail were super friendly and helpful and they gave us great details on the routes to take. Their bikes for hire were top notch/ brand new equipment. We had the best time on the trails. Thanks guys. Would recommend them and the trails to anyone who loves an adventure.
