My husband has a 6 year old 29" mountain bike that he rides almost daily. It became unrideable with 5 broken spokes on rear wheel and pedals too small with one partially broken. We didn't feel comfortable with the bike shop in our area (Blackwell, OK) so we drove to Ark City and Michael fixed us up. He replaced the rear wheel, put on a new cassette, installed new pedals, put on a new rear tire we brought in, adjusted rear brake & derailleur alignment, and he even turned around the front forks that we had accidentally install... read more
Nice customer service
Michael is a great mechanic! He was able to translate my nonsensical dreams for my vintage road bike into reality, including tires more fit for the brick roads in Winfield, and completely changing the handbrake placement. Turn around was quick and my bike feels 10x better. Super recommend! (Also, look at that bar tape wrap job, so slick!)
