I was passing through town and had an issue with my bike. Not having a lot of time, I requested the shop take a look at my problem and fix it quickly if possible. Mitch came through in spades, was able to assess short order that my problem was really not fixable, and did not charge me for the time he put in. So, I would highly recommend anyone with repair issues to give this bike shop at dry!
Awesome experience picking out a bike. Extremely helpful staff to give information. Bike handles like a dream. Definitely worth the upgrade from a department store huffy.
Got turned down because they don’t work on electric bikes that they don’t sell, which is stupid. Why can’t you work on a bike that’s electric that you don’t sell you’re a bike stop for a reason. That’s where you get your service for bikes.
