Absolutely worth a visit. The owner Mitch helped fix my great grandmothers walker on the spot with no hesitation. Mitch is also wonderful to chat with. Great experience every time!
Mitch was very helpful on the phone and had exactly what we needed!
I was looking somewhere to get my ebike serviced and lucky for me Mitch does ebikes! He fixed my ebike brakes with no issues! He also helped my grandpa find a etrike that best suited him. Mitch is a great guy! I recommend you take your bike to outbound cycles. He said he would even fix your ebike under warranty even if its not bought from him. (He does have a lot of bikes to work on also so you might have to wait a bit to get your bike back) 10/10!

I was passing through town and had an issue with my bike. Not having a lot of time, I requested the shop take a look at my problem and fix it quickly if possible. Mitch came through in spades, was able to assess short order that my problem was really not fixable, and did not charge me for the time he put in. So, I would highly recommend anyone with repair issues to give this bike shop at dry!
