Went into this shop to see if they could fix or replace a flat tire on my son's e-bike. Instead of being helpful, the staff was very rude and dismissive. They told us they wouldn't work on his bike because the company "needed to fix their relationship" with the shop — all while my son stood there with his bike and a flat tire. It's frustrating when you try to support a local business, but they won't even replace a tire. We ended up having to go out of town just to get help. Safe to say we won't be back.
My friend Chad in cbus builds bikes, and had a bike shop downtown that serviced the bike couriers. Quite the hardcore bunch, ha. We were discussing a bike for me, first in 50 years, and decided on a store bike, that he saw on this store's site. Chad knows exactly what I need due to age, physical limits, why i ride, etc. I walk into a great looking store, and meet Mitch for the first time.
