I went in the other day in search of a new mountain bike. I had little knowledge but had an idea of what I wanted. Brian guided me with a wealth of knowledge and led me in the right direction with a no pressure feel. I’m extremely pleased with my experience here and would recommend it to anyone! Looking forward to riding my new Cannondale Trail 2

They only will work on high end bikes or bikes bought in their stores because “they can’t guarantee the products”put on bikes bought from other stores like Dicks. What a joke. Cycle Works had not problem fixing my son’s bike and way more personable. Avoid this place at all costs.
