My husband and I have both bought bikes from this store. They are very knowledgeable and helpful when we had questions and I had an issue with my bike. Since I had bought my bike from them they handled the problem I was having by contacting the company they purchased it from and were able to get the problem resolved. Good store for cycling enthusiasts. Excellent bikes, knowledge, and service. Can tune, repair, and professionally fit your new or old bike, or just give advice, or knowledge of local assets like trails.
I went in the other day in search of a new mountain bike. I had little knowledge but had an idea of what I wanted. Brian guided me with a wealth of knowledge and led me in the right direction with a no pressure feel. I’m extremely pleased with my experience here and would recommend it to anyone! Rock Solid
They only will work on high end bikes or bikes bought in their stores because “they can’t guarantee the products”put on bikes bought from other stores like Dicks. What a joke. Cycle Works had not problem fixing my son’s bike and way more personable. Avoid this place at all costs.
