Caleb Cruz took his time really researching my records of my injury. He did a thorough exam of my injuries, and ordered the exams needed to correctly diagnose my injuries. I am very thankful for the recommendation I received to switch Occupational Medicine providers. I finally feel like I finally have a strong advocate, to help me navigate through the difficult ins and outs of L&I.
I feel my medical staff holds my best interests in high regard. Very empathic and professional. I suffer with lower back pain, and they really do take great care of my medical needs. I receive a full appointment instead of doctor coming in and typing, and then exiting quickly, i get a great visit each time. If you want caring and empathetic medical staff that works proactively and with caring to resolve your medical issues this is the place. 5 🌟

Dr. Schmidt is a caring dr. Who has your best interest. I have been on L & I 12 years now and have seen many doctors. But no one has come close to his care and professionalism. I would highly recommend him and his staff to anyone needing this kind of help.
Dr Donahue did a very thorough exam and was straightforward and honest. She accepted me with the anger I was expressing and gave me hope for improvement. I feel I have an advocate who completely understands me and my needs. She understands L&I and will advocate for getting me what I need. She deserves 20 star review!
