You guys suck with the timing, had to cancel plenty of appointments for my mom cause you people can never make it here when your suppose to be here and your people's response is "ehhhh not our problem" type of shit. Do better or go out of business.

First thing is the restrooms are treated like jail everyone one is lined up at the door with a security guard at the door so if you're waiting for a bus good luck.also some of the drivers are rude if u ask a question they snap at u.

Spokane Transit gets one star from me, seeing as how one of their bus drivers gave me the wrong directions when I first got to Spokane. 😡😡😡

I left my wallet on the bus this morning and realized right after getting off. As soon as I had turned around to go back and grab it, the bus had already started leaving and kept going despite my efforts to chase it and flag it down. I then called customer service who acted like they were going to get the bus searched and get back to me as soon as they could. 3 hours go by with no contact so I went to check in when I was at the plaza. Mid-July is not the time of year to put buses with clogged air conditioners out on route. That the driver had his window open may have been why we were all sweating on the bus despite the air conditioning was "maxed out." The next bus was late arriving at the Plaza. I called STA, they said there had been an accident on the route. When the bus arrived, the driver said the bus had had some mechanical failure. The next bus was on time, though, and I got a pound of butter from grocery to a relative's house with no melting.
