Bus drivers are rude and the new hire people that they hired on are very rude and when there’s a bus that tries to come pick you up from LinkedIn Lincoln, Nevada, they tell you there’s another bus coming and leave you stranded at the bus stop don’t pick people up when they are pulling them through here and in the bus driver says oh I’m dropping people off will turn your little thing off that says you’re not in service and she did. She was very argumentative

I have been riding with STA for nearly 35 years now. I have fond memories of being 15 years old and feeling so independent because with my bus pass, I could go just about anywhere. I remember shouting "Woo hoo!" when my mom would hand out the summer youth passes. My son shouted a similar "Woo hoo" when he learned that youth can ride free! I love the feeling of stepping on a wonderfully air conditioned bus, getting to sit back, relax and zone out checking emails. I have had so many wonderful drivers! Everyone has great manners and personalities. Everyone is treated with respect. Thank you for offering a superior service for those of us who can't drive and/or get to a bus stop. Thank you.

If i could give ZERO stars I would. Paratransit is inconsistent and rude. They are never on time but require you to higher standards yet they live up to none of theirs. Many times they are beyond their "30 minute" window, drop off at the wrong location, drivers have no idea what they are doing with these vulnerable people, no training, residents fall and Paratransit can't even help them get up or anything they just have to stare at them laying on the ground, they don't assist people even when it's documented, constantly new ... read more
