What a rip off! Saw some pre-rolls on the menu that showed a 33% thc level for a great price! I ordered some, picked up my order and headed home. I opened the bag and discovered the thc level is 19%!!! Called them up and they blamed the website....their website and its wrong. They then said too bad...cant help me, they don't control their website!!! I complained enuff they offered me 35% discount next purchase. So they want me to spend money to fix their mistake! Guess I'm looking for a new shop!!
Excellent suggestions from the bud-tender. Great selection, and not over priced.
I am deeply disappointed in the way this dispensary treated one of its employees who lives with a disability. Rather than supporting and accommodating their needs as required by law and basic human decency, the company chose to terminate them unjustly. If you claim to support wellness and inclusion, your business practices should reflect that, not undermine it. I urge others to think twice before supporting this business.
