We are longtime Canopy members who have always been satisfied with our service--but today the young lady at the north branch desk went above and beyond. A month ago my husband went into the branch and saw an employee drinking from a Canopy coffee tumbler. I got help from Ryan Z, was such a fast, easy and comfortable process. He was so funny and kind and explained everything step by step! Then the day I needed to get my cards Bea helped me get them AND help me set up online banking. So kind and great service.
I needed some help with auto bill paying. Eliana was SO patient and kind! She is a gem! I was able to get everything accomplished that I set out to do.
Ryan Z is the most amazing man. He went out of his way to bring me papers that I needed to sign, when my schedule wouldn't allow me to come to the office. I cannot say enough good things about this young man. He is a incredible example of great service at a caring financial institution.
