I’ve had a car loan with Canopy Credit Union for 5 years with on time payments. I recently applied for a new loan for 5K to 10k with 2 k down but was denied. Don’t trust this credit union to have your best interest in mind. I need reliable transportation for my elderly clients and for my children. My current vehicle is not reliable anymore. If this is the way Canopy credit union treats a customer of 5 years, then you may find yourself in a lot of trouble too. Corporate greed at its worst.
I have banked with Canopy a few years now. I am always met with a pleasant greeting and speedy service. I have had the pleasure to work with Ryan and Richard multiple times and have gotten nothing short of amazing service! At one point I took out a small loan with an incredibly low interest rate to boost my credit score. When I paid my last payment I saw a significant increase in my score! I’m forever grateful for this bank and the wonderful accommodating service! I will bank here for life!
Ryan Ziehnert is a cut above! Ryan originally set us up with a new account after going through some hard financial times. When it came time for an auto loan Ryan worked hard to secure one for us, even though our credit had taken a hit. I highly recommend Canopy and specifically Ryan.
We visited the Francis branch recently. It was myself and my colleague. There was a lady and a man (Ryan) at the front desk. No one acknowledged us enter the building. We walked in. Stood there. We walked further into the establishment and still no acknowledgement. We were finally asked by Ryan "how may we help you?" We told him we wanted to open up a business account. This was our second time going thru Canopy for a loan we went out of our way to get what Scott needed not once but three times to make sure he had everything, this week said he he would have an answer for us on Monday if he can, well did not hear from him until Tuesday this week , told us again denied and that's ok, but I just got the denial letters today in our mail, and it's very clear Scott new on Monday and these denied letters were sent out on Monday, but yet he didn't call us until Tuesday again guys this is shameful a... read more
