I’m sure you know the difference in meeting with someone who looks right through you versus someone who looks at you with intent- Mark and Kassi are not here to grab your money, they want to help you in any way they can and are 100% transparent. If they aren’t right for you, they refer you to someone else that is. They cover their bases with a smile, they show up on time and communicate effectively and set proper expectations. No regrets what so ever working with these folks.

Very frustrated with how my entire case was handled. When I had my intial consultation, I clearly explained the complex nature of my case. Him and his staff sold me with their professional articulation. Unfortunately they are just over staffed, with under qualified people that charge you full rates for every tiny detail.
