The way this whole system treats someone that got hurt and gets picked on they ought to be ashamed of themselves... They will convict an innocent person what's out Any regard for human rights. Very helpful organization. Friendly staff who is full service and go out of their way to help. Highly recommend.
The online referral tool does not work or has not been maintained. No one answers the phones. Not sure what value this bar association provides. I can't see any reason to ever go here except to be frustrated.
It was not a helpful experience at all. Despite me giving the information he asked for He just replied with "That's all I can give you with the information you provided" All without asking me questions for what information he needed. The person was clearly preoccupied with typing and despite him stating he didn't have access to the online portal he was somehow able to see what had been filed under the case #.
