No one came to the door while I knocked forever and there were people on the other side talking.. it took a while before I finally saw the sign that showed that the hours of operation had drastically changed: closed Sat - Mon, Tues & Fri 8:30 - 2, & Wed & Thurs 8:30 - 4:30. Google hadnt been updated so I sent in the update.
Joe was incredibly kind and helpful in helping me acquire my beloved grandparents marriage license, who married in Spokane in 1953. I was able to get a certified copy for each of the grandchildren for $3. VitalChek was prohibiting me from even requesting it because I was not a "grandparent, parent, child, self, sibling, or authorized representative". The state of Washington has no restrictions on who may request a marriage license, so I am so glad to have found a way to request it through Spokane County Auditor's Office rath... read more
not helpful at all, auditor passed me on to assessors they past me on to appraiser, and so on to building and planning no help at all...said go to request records what a joke fee's for what I can find on SCOUT or Washington State Archives they are always in a hurry as if we are not busy ourselves, very sad
