I've done extensive customer service training because of the nature of my job and I just received a very ignorant reply to a simple email question about an online product. If this is how they conduct their business, then they need some serious employee training on customer interaction. The correct answer should have been 'We are very sorry but this item does not fit your application. If we can assist you in any other way, please don't hesitate to contact us'.
Holy smokes this place is terrible. Went here for parts a long time ago, they got them all incorrect. Then called for a plow mount and they treat me like im a fool
