I had a great experience with Empire on 3 fronts. Ed Bacon the Sales Representative was great!!!. Both installers for the LVP and the Carpet were great!! Chuck in the installation department in the Pittsburgh Market great! The customer service at your 1800 number HORRIBLE at least for the last two calls I had. They are not very nice and have extreme attitudes. Would have given 5 Stars if not for those two phone call experiences.
What a joke. Tried to get an estimate on my floor. The tech first had the excuse our road was closed (alternate route available) and promised to come the next day and never showed. Made another appointment for a week later and no called no showed again. Won't be trying to use them again.
These people cant seem to be able to do their jobs both times i have missed work for my in home appointment and both times, nobody showed up to my house!!!!
