i hired Spodek for USDA Snap Violation , it was very minor but i wanted to be on the safe side after i have seen their ads everywhere . it was nightmare , they kept saying me i have very strong case and administrative review will dismiss the case..well at the end i got $7433 penalty plus $5000 for his fee ...the worst part they keep getting extension ,i have to call them , push them all the time .. his partner Jeremy never made it together ..NEVER EVER Recommend him to anyone

I got an illegal repo. I hired a lawyer from this firm but he was very inept. He told me in Florida every dealership can do wherever they want and people don't have rights cause theres this law here that they are abusing- that if you get a repo you can't get it back if the financial/ loan institution don't want to.
