I’ve been a resident at my apartment complex for nearly three years and have consistently parked in the same designated handicap parking spot. My vehicle always has the proper disabled parking tag clearly hanging from the rearview mirror, ensuring I comply with all legal requirements to avoid being ticketed or towed. they illegally towed my car with canada plates on it. and they knew it. then tried to lie about it. saying they ran my plates through a data base and it said the vehicle wasnt registered...'trying to trick me into paying them for their mistake, There's is no such data base and it takes authorites days to to get any answer from it. i lost time at work and aggravation and i want to be compensated for the ****** they were going to try and get off of me. disgusting business practices and they should be shut down.

Join me in a lawsuit anyone? This company towed my rv, tried saying someone called it in. Rv had notes saying coming right back.cause I was taking my disabled mother to a near by hotel so she'd be comfortable while I came back and waited for mechanic to get there. Well I saw them circle parking lot several times before I left to take her.(thats why I left note) they towed it the minute I was gone. This company is awful they towed my vehicle from my apartment complex when my parking pass I received from my complex says Im a Resident! Then they damaged the front end of my bumper and the guy made it seem like it wasnt nothing much and blamed me as if it was already like that and it wasnt.

This is th worst a bunch of scam artists. they towed my vehicle from my home on the street inwas on the grass a little bit .. They could have gave me a warning im new around here ... i had to pay 200 to get my vehicle they have no compassion.... but what goes around comes around....

I CAN SAY THIS IS RIDICULOUS AND THEY NEED TO GET SHUT DOWN RIGHT NOW I HAD A FRIEND OVER LITERALLY NOT A WHOLE 24hours JUST A FEW HOURS IN KENSINGTON GARDENS APARTMENT AND THE CAR LITERALLY IS NOT HERE OFTEN AND NEVER EVEN PUT A WARNING STICKER ON IT NOT SURE WHY THEY WOULD EVEN PUT A WARNING STICKER ON IT AND THE PERSON WAS PARKED IN VISITORS PARKING BUT GO DOWN STAIRS TO GET IN THE CAR AND THE CAR IS GONE AND NOT ANYWHERE HAS THE TOWING INFORMATION ANYWHERE ON SITE SO I HAD TO CALL THE SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT TO GET THE CAR ... read more
