This place is a joke. They allow the (patients) to wonder off property at will 24/7. You can't go see an elderly relative at the nursing home. But the residents there can and do panhandle at nearby businesses. I've personally chased them from the restaurant property across the street because they knock on the doors of the Long haul truckers parking overnight.
