We had Splinters for our wedding at Hedingham Castle 25.10.25. We felt looked after through the whole process from the tasting through to our wedding meal. Hayleigh was fantastic- very professional and responsive to every enquiry we had. The canapes were delicious and staff brought round a little platter just for us the Bride and Groom so we wouldn't miss any after our photo session which felt very special. Splinters were the caterers for our wedding at Hedingham Castle in September, and we could not have been more impressed with the quality of the food or the service. From a purely practical point of view, they made planning the menu very simple, and compared to other caterers we viewed, their pricing structure could not have been more simple or transparent. I would absolutely recommend Splinters to anyone.
We couldn’t be happier with our wedding catering experience. The food was absolutely amazing. We were so impressed at the tasting and a little worried it might not be quite as good on a larger scale, but it was every bit as delicious on the day. Splinters were amazing catering for our wedding. We felt looked after right from the tasting session and up to our wedding day. Hayley was very helpful and organised, and was very patient with us when we changed our evening meal choices last minute. The food was outstanding, we absolutely loved it and lots of the guests gave rave reviews to us about all of it. Our evening guests also really enjoyed the BBQ.
