So thankful we got Jacob to help us from start to end. He was very responsive, informative, and patient despite my anxiety throughout the process. We got great rates because he had been proactive in freezing the rates before a spike in rates. The numbers he provided while home shopping were almost exactly the same as the actual numbers after the loan had been finalized.
