Reply to owner: Regarding your claim that you offered compensation for third time defective sofa delivery is false. You guys are not returning my messages or calling me back. I was told to keep defective furniture (Sofa) and justification was that these are minor dents and scratches so I should live with it. Prior to that they replaced the Sofa twice due to to rust bloom from the metal parts of Sofa and I appreciate that.
