Excellent service and a great quality product. Found splendid furnishings on instagram and decided to check them out in person. They have unique pieces of furniture which you don’t find in other stores in Edmonton. We ended up furnishing our entire house. 2 living room sets, dining set and 3 bedrooms sets. I visited this store to look for a mattress, but unfortunately my experience was disappointing. The staff or owner were not welcoming and did not pay much attention to us. We felt ignored and did not receive the assistance we expected while shopping. Good customer service is important, especially when making a significant purchase like a mattress. I hope the store can improve its customer service in the future.
